MODULE 4
Not about being good
A practical exploration of how we live and what we do.
We often prefer not to be told how to behave — we tend to believe we already know what is best for ourselves and others. Yet our lived experience does not always confirm this assumption.
A central Buddhist insight is that consciousness is not fixed: it is continuously shaped by our actions of body, speech, and mind. This means we are actively participating in the creation of our future at every moment.
Rather than moralising or prescribing rules, this module explores ethics as a path of freedom. Buddhist practice understands ethics not as judgment, but as awareness in action — the way we shape ourselves and the world moment by moment.

Meditation, Mindfulness & Buddhism Study Program
We offer a progressive, practical, and non-dogmatic exploration of meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhist philosophy. Open to all, regardless of background, beliefs, or prior experience.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our study program is structured into six modules, each focusing on different aspects of practice. Each courses can be taken independently, though we recommend pairing them with one or more weekly guided meditation sessions to deepen learning and integration. Our intention is to help develop an integrated, progressive mental training at every level of experience, using tools from Mindfulness and Buddhism that can be incorporated into everyday life.
