It will explore how thoughtful sequencing can become a tool for clearer teaching, creative expression, and meaningful experiences for students of various levels, from workshops to private sessions.
It will support teachers in cultivating their authentic voice and connecting with their most creative parts.

YIN YOGA BASIC TRAINING
Yin Yoga offers a different relationship to movement, effort and time. Rather than building towards increasingly dynamic or complex physical practice, Yin uses longer-held postures, stillness and mindful observation to explore the body and the experience of being present.
This 50-hour foundational training introduces Yin Yoga as a complementary practice to more dynamic forms of Yoga. It combines practical teaching skills with an exploration of the principles and philosophy that underpin the approach.

Teaching Ashtanga Yoga for a Lifelong Practice: Integrating Functional Anatomy, Injury Prevention & Mindful Awareness
The training is designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga method through the lens of functional anatomy, asana alignment, yoga philosophy and mindful awareness.
We will explore how anatomical intelligence, injury prevention, adaptive approaches and the philosophies of yoga can support a sustainable, lifelong practice.
