BUDDHIST SANGHA
The sangha, the spiritual community, is traditionally (seen as) one of the three highest ideals of Buddhism, alongside the Buddha and the Dharma.
At Agora, it is lived as a network of friendships among free individuals, supported by the Buddhist pillars of meditation, ethics and wisdom. We get to know each other and support each other in the path of mental freedom through active practice and methodic study.

Each friend of the Sangha freely takes the personal commitment to meditate regularly (including at Agora), to study the Dharma (Wednesday’s study group) and to join at least one “puja” per month.
STUDY GROUP
The study group is an opportunity to gather among practicing friends and to reflect and discuss together about the Dharma based on our own experience.
It is therefore not an academic type of study, but a study aimed to question ourselves and to support individual transformation leading to a more meaningful life.
