Our PRACTICES
YOGA
Agora is the home to an Ashtanga Yoga Shala, we offer Mysore-style and guided classes. We also offer regular Yin Yoga and Vinyasa classes, as well as Yoga special workshops.
Meditation & buddhism
Agora is home to a Buddhist Center. We offer weekly meditations, retreats and a program of courses on mindfulness and Buddhism. We also host a Buddhist sangha of friends who train in the Dharma.

Retreats explore timeless themes, each one a portal of self-enquiry and exploration. Carried out in country-side retreat venues, they also provide an opportunity to connect with nature and breath fresh air without the incessant demands of the modern world.
